My Journey
My Journey
After building up a well-respected reputation in the Flooring Industry as a UK office Manager for a major German carpet manufacturer, I was encouraged by customers & colleagues to move into field sales, which is where I began my journey on the road as a Business Development Manager covering the North of the UK.
During this time, I visited many carpet & flooring retailers which ignited my passion for interior designs.
By combing my passion & industry knowledge I was able to launch Nicola Edwards Carpet Edging and we quickly became market leaders, known for our high-quality creations, with attention to detail being at the heart of what we do.

If you’d like us to call in to see you in person, to talk about the services we provide, or if you need advice on an ongoing project or to simply run through samples or pricing etc, I’ll quite happily make an appointment with you to showcase what we offer & talk things through face to face. I’m just old-fashioned like that…the personal touch is still important!

We also provide beautiful Display Stands & Colour Sample Swatches for Carpet Retailers & Interior Designers to keep & use in their showrooms.
From my Repping days I know how important having a sample book to hand can be!
How We Work
Retail Partners
Working with our carefully selected Retail Partners across the UK, we offer eye catching display stands to showcase our high standard of work & colour options available. All display stands come complete with a full colour swatch, for use in the flooring showroom
Rugs
Alongside our popular stair runners, we also create bespoke rugs with taped or whipped edges.
We pride ourselves on our technical abilities and can create a rug to fit any room regardless of shape.
Each rug is made to your exact requirements, with edges available in a number of finishes such as binding or overlocked edges, with an array of colours and textures.
Rugs can be a great addition, bringing warmth to a property and a cohesive style throughout.
Samples
A small envelope-sized sample, sent via post. This is a great option for end-users who have decided on a carpet but need a little help to see the edging colour choice & carpet together in their own home.
Collection & Delivery
Making things easy for our Retail Partners, we have a collection & Delivery service in place via DHL, enabling us to provide our services to the whole of the UK
